Is this the beginning of 2012 destruction?

According to NASA, last night, the release of a bust of charged particles from the sun’s atmosphere, and the radiation storm is heading towards the Earth at 1,400 miles per second. This could affect satellites and communications equipment in the polar regions.

The magnetic storm from the solar flare could affect GPS systems and other communication systems. According to NASA, the storm could reach the Earth’s magnetic field approximately by tomorrow morning.

According to Spaceweather.com, the cloud that broke off from an active sun spot will deliver a “strong glancing blow” to the Earth’s magnetic field. This is the expected to cause the largest solar radiation storm since 2005. The radiation storm could cause isolated reboots of Earth-orbiting satellites.

The blockbuster of 2011, 2012 by Roland Emmerich, that showed the end of the planet in 2012 started in a similar way and ended with the destruction of Earth that eradicated everything. Is this the beginning of the destructions that were predicted in 2011? The time will tell what the nature has to offer to the Earth and the billions of people in it.

Curse on South African Cricket Team

Today, my blog is about all the cures that some cricket teams carry with them all cricket lovers and those who watch cricket will know what I am talking about. We all know how South Africa is known as “chokers”.

They have always been one of the best sides in cricket history. Every time them come into the cricket ground, they show how superior they are to the other cricket teams. Every time they enter in a World Cup or any other tournaments, they start with a bang. All are so strong against the oppositions that the matches become one-sided. Everyone starts predicting that it is going to be South Africa who is going to win the tournament. But wait a minute, now comes the curse part of this South African team. As soon as they enter into knock out rounds, the opposition knows that they are going to win it.

No matter how inferior that team is in from of the mighty South Africans, but they know that there is some kind of curse on this South African team that doesn’t let them wins when they get into knock out stages.

It happened first time in 1992 Cricket World Cup quarter final.  That match was tied and Australia was given victory through run rate basis. In the 1996 Cricket World Cup quarter final, they lost to Sri Lanka. Yet again, they had a tie and Sri Lanka was qualified on run rat basis. Later the ICC realized that it was South African who should have gone to the semi final and not Sri Lanka because their run rat was better and it was a big mistake in calculations. Then they went to 1999 Cricket World Cup with a hope to bring the cup home this time. But by that time, they didn’t know that they were going to make a hat rick to get into quarterfinals and get kicked out form there for the third time. This time they were against Australians. This time they tried everything to win this time and qualify for semifinals. They needed 1 run to win from 4 balls and they had the worst run out of all time and Australians qualified for the semis and yet again South Africans were kicked out. Now they had realized that something was wrong with their team because going to quarterfinal with no sweat in three World Cups in a row and losing those quarterfinals could not be a coincidence. Then they came to 2003 World Cup, and nothing was going to be different this time either. This time was out even before qualifying for they quarterfinals.  It wasn’t like they were a weak team in 2003, they were among the most favorite teams to win that 2003 World Cup, but they were not even able to make it to quarterfinals. Then they went 2007 and 2011 World Cups, and sadly, the results were same. They went there as one of the best teams and they were kicked out from quarterfinals. This shows that there is something with this team that stops them from winning in knockout stages. 

Books I Want to Write

There are so many people who want to write books. What is different between all those people is what they want to write about. When I say what they want to write about, it is a very complex topic.

Books have so much variety that when an author has to decide what he/she wants to write about, he/she has to think about various things. Is it going to be a fiction or non-fiction? What genre will it have? Who will be the target audience? How long would it be? And so many other questions that an author has to answer before he/she starts writing a book. But I want to do something different. I have certain things in my mind that I want share with world. I am not very experienced with book writing, but I know one thing that none of my books will ever be fiction. I don’t believe in writing a fiction book.

I am not against any of the writers who write fiction books. There are some brilliant pieces of work that authors showed in fiction books. They have been very successful as well. Some of the great examples of fiction books would be A Tale of Two Cities, The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. The approximate sale of just these three fiction books is over 450 million.  

There are many other examples which have been hugely successful and liked by the readers, but I want to write books that or none fiction and which hold the reality of life. I have so much to express to the entire world. I have many messages that I want to be heard by the people around the world. There are so many life experiences that I want to share with the entire world. I also want to write about religions, love, friendship, life and so many other various topics.

Throughout my entire life, I have been a very quiet person. I only talked to people who were very close to my heart. I never shared anything with anyone. I always had so much to say, but I guess I had not courage to say it. I wanted to change so many things by talking to people, but when I tried, people flunked me. And subsequently, I became afraid repeating it against due to my past failure. But now I have decided, what I could not do by talking, I will do that with my writing.

As the great Mahatma Gandhi said, “Words are stronger than swords,” I completely believe in that.  I will use my writing to open people’s minds from misconceptions that they have about so many things. I will use my writing to express my entire life. I will use my words to express all the experiences I went through, and I will also write how others can avoid all the problems and bad experiences I have gone through. Many people say that I am a great philosopher. They say my words have the power to approach people’s hearts and minds.  Therefore, I will do what I am born to do, I will write several books on the topics I mentioned above. However, if I ever come with an awesome idea to for a fiction book, I would definitely try to write it because there is nothing wrong in producing some good piece of writing. 

Technology that Empowers Me

There are so many new technologies out there. There are also many technologies, which have been out there since a while. To be honest, I like all the technologies that have been invented so far. If someone tries to list all the technologies that are there, he/she would pass out, but the list wouldn’t end. Let’s talk about computers.

Computers were invented long time ago. They have been innovated throughout the decades, especially since the last decade, computers have changed dramatically. These days, Apple computers are on the top. They just have everything to offer. Either it’s a desktop or laptop; they are just simply the best. Since I just mentioned an Apple product, I should also list few more products of Apple, which are on sky high at present. Let’s move on to telephones.

When I say telephone, it sounds a bit tacky, doesn’t it? May be because this is the era of cell phones. When I talk about cell phones, it is another technology that has been innovating dramatically throughout last few decades. Now cell phones have reached a next level. They are not a product for talking, but they can offer much more than that. Today’s cell phones offer wide variety of features such as texting; touch screen, HD video recoding and digital photos with built in camera. It also offers high speed Wi-Fi and several other amazing features. And as I said, another Apple product that is one sky high is Iphone.

Apple also offers some other amazing products like iPod and iPad. iPod leaves all the other mp3, mp4, and all audio and video entertainment products. It offers possibly as many features as you could ever find in an mp3, mp4 or any of those things. And lastly, Apple also came up with another great product, which is called iPad. iPad is same as iPod, the only difference between iPod and iPad is that iPad has a bigger screen. Well not just a little bigger, it has a way bigger screen.

Camcorder and digital SLR cameras also drives me crazy. I go insane not in a bad way, but rather in a positive way because it’s just incredible to have such amazing technology around you. Being able to capture all the moments in your life and such high quality is just incredible.

Being a young guy, I just can’t afford to forget the most amazing thing mankind ever created, and that is the video game systems. PS3, Xbox 360 and similar systems like those are the lives of people in this era. It is just amazing how people came up with such cool things. Every time I am in front of my television and playing video games, I always wonder how people made such amazing things it this world. There is just too much to mention when it comes to technology.

All in all, I just admire and adore all the technology that is around me. However, after having said all that, I would also like to mention that people around this world miss use the super technology around use that causes mankind in a huge and dramatic way. An example of that would be atomic bombs, but I wouldn’t go in details about that because this blog is about the technology that empowers me, not the technology that is the cause of mankind’s destruction. 

Ways I Embrace My Audience

There are various ways that people use to hold their audience. I do it with my writing. Although, some people say that I can hold people’s attention with my personality. Some say that I can do it by other various things. But I believe that to hold audiences’ attention, writing plays a huge role. There have been several examples when inspiring people came and inspired the whole world with their inspirational words. What makes me a strong candidate when it comes to writing is that I have a very strong command of persuasive writing. I am really good with expressing my feelings, emotions and everything that I want to express.

It all started with my letters. When I wrote a letter to my English teacher, who was leaving the school due to her pregnancy, she was the first person who told me that I have magic in my writing. I was so stunned to get that remark from her because at that time, I could not even write one sentence without a grammar or spelling mistake.  I told her that she is kidding with me and how could that be. But she told me that although I am really weak in English and I have a long way to go, but she said, “I am not talking about how good you are in English, what I am saying is that you are amazing in expressing your emotions and feelings through writing.” I didn’t understand what she really meant, but now so many years after, I know what a deep sentenced she said to me.

After her, my dad was the second one who said that I have magic in my writing. After him, it was my love of life and when she said it, I trusted her that yes, I do have something in my writing that not everyone has. When I realized that I could express so much through my writing, I worked harder to improve my writing. Now I believe that I am good enough to write legibly, I feel that writing is one of my strongest ways to embrace my audience. I have a strong feeling that I can do a lot with my writing. I have already made many people smile, cry, laugh, giggle and change from a bad person to good. Other than writing, I am also strong in communicating with people in person.

I can also embrace my audience by signing. Yes, it sounds a bit awkward, but is a fact. I have done it several times in past and I am very confident that I can do it again. I believe that just like writing, music has its own magic in it. It has power to express. It has the power to make anyone cry, smile, laugh, giggle. It can make a simple person into a gangster, and a gangster into a simplest guy.

Therefore, these are my three strongest ways to embrace my audience. I can write, sing or just communicate with them in person to get a hold of them.  It sounds very simple as I am writing, but I know that it is one of the hardest things in the world. I know that I will have to go through many obstacles to accomplish in this goal. But I am confident and I believe in myself. And most of all, all my loved once believe that I have the potential to do it, after that, nothing can be difficult.
